My Fabric Container Git Repository is Corrupt or Out Of Sync with Other Containers. How Can I Fix It?

Issue

I have hit an issue where the git repository for one of my Fuse Fabric containers does not seem to be getting my updated profiles. When I try to upgrade the container, I am experiencing NullPointerExceptions, as if the container cannot find the referenced profile version(s).
