Swagger Integration using REST DSL does not detect APIs

Issue

• We installed the sample bundle attached to the following knowledge base article on a standalone installation of Fuse 6.2.1, following section "Part I Using swagger UI with Camel REST DSL https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2161611.
• While the app installs and starts fine, http://localhost:8181/api-docs/user returns HTTP 404.
• The solution has been marked as Verified but are there any steps missing from the knowledge base article?
• My goal is run org.apache.camel.component.swagger.DefaultCamelSwaggerServlet as a Service that automatically detects all the deployed REST DSL implementations.
