In JBoss, why does the ServiceInvoker.deliverSync throw a MessageDeliverException in a Transaction Context?

Problem
I'm calling an EJB service with WS(Soap-UI), and the EJB calls a service inside the ESB (listening to a JMS Epr) with deliverSync. It seems the ESB service is called 3 times, but the EJB receives no answer and the following exception is thrown:
