changing system time causes qpid broker time-outs connections with heartbeats
Issue
- heartbeats are used in
qpidbroker- either some regular client sets them, or federation link is provisioned so
- operating system time is updated manually
- the time change is bigger than heartbeats set (to the future)
- connections with heartbeats are timeouted and dropped by the broker
