I am a US tax exempt customer but I can not enter in my tax ID so that redhat.com will identify me as tax exempt. What do I do to get tax taken off of my order?

Red Hat is required by law to maintain a copy of your tax exempt certificate or letter for web transactions. Therefore, you should email a copy of your tax exempt certificate or letter and your order number to Red Hat’s Billing Team at nabilling@redhat.com.

If you have previously submitted a valid certificate or letter, please email Red Hat’s Credit & Collections Team at CollectUS@redhat.com with your order number, and they can assist with issuing a tax credit or refund.
