With a 3 node RHEL cluster, if all cluster nodes are rebooted at same time, will the cluster re-form after reboot ?

- I have 3 node RHEL cluster . if I reboot all cluster nodes at same time will the cluster re-form after reboot ?
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 all versions.
