JMX and Shutdown ports picked at random

Issue

• What are the default JMX and Shutdown ports? They appear to be just randomly chosen. Do we need the shutdown port or can we use karaf.shutdown.port=-1 in the system.properties (or a better profile)? How can we set the JMX port as well and if the karaf.shutdown.port=-1 doesnt work, where should these two go, and what are recommendations for them to be set?
