Red Hat Satellite 6 で qpidd サービスが起動に失敗し、"ncat: invalid option -- 'z'" のメッセージが表示される

• qpidd サービスは失敗した状態です。

• qpidd と candlepin が一時停止状態になったため、pulp_celerybeat サービスおよび pulp_resource_manager サービスも失敗状態になっています。

• Satellite Server に接続されているホストは、次のエラーメッセージを受信しています。

  HTTP error (503 - Service Unavailable): Candlepin is in Suspend mode, please check /status resource to get more details
