JBoss EAP の bin/run.conf を上書きするように run.conf をカスタマイズする方法

Issue

run.conf は各プロファイルでなく、インストールした 各 JBoss サーバーに属しています。そのため、プロファイルをコピーしても run.conf はコピーされず、 run.conf は 1 つだけです。run.conf を複数所有し、run.sh を実行する際にどの run.conf を使用するか選択したいのですが、選択するパラメータが run.sh にありません。
