[RHUI3] 証明書を更新してもすべてのレポジトリで同期エラーが発生します。
Issue
期限切れなどで、証明書を rhui-manager で更新しても、すべてのレポジトリの同期が失敗するのはなぜですか？

# rhui-manager cert upload --cert 679317353827168787.pem
# rhui-manager --server $(hostname -f) status
