Issue
- システムを Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.5 から 5.6 にアップグレードしました。
- lpfc ドライバーが、SAN の一部のパスで FLOGI に失敗しました。

いくつかの scsi デバイスパスが RHEL 5.6 で見つかりません。
syslog のエラーメッセージは以下のようになります。lpfc 0000:04:00.0:0:(0):2858 FLOGI failure Status:x3/x18 TMO:x0 lpfc 0000:06:00.0:2:(0):2858 FLOGI failure Status:x3/x18 TMO:x0
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.6
- Dell ブレードサーバー Emulex lpe1205-m
- SAN ディスクは Hitachi NSC および Hitachi AMS
