Issue
- ブレードサーバーの 1 つの電源をリセットした後、サービスをいくつか開始すると
kernel panic - not syncing fatal exceptionエラーを受け取ります。 - 以下のようなエラーメッセージが表示されます。
kernel: kobject\_add failed for ipmi\_bmc.17 with -EEXIST, don't try to register things with the same name in the same directory
