RHEL SAR データが突然アップデートされなくなる

Issue

sar ユーティリティのデータが /var/log/sa/* に記録されなくなります。

/etc/init.d/sysstat start コマンドで再実行すると、再起動に関するメッセージは出力されますが、sar がデータを集めません。

[root@examplehost tmp]# sar
Linux 2.6.18-53.1.14.el5 (examplehost)       06/02/2010

10:45:43 AM       LINUX RESTART

10:48:59 AM       LINUX RESTART

12:04:39 PM       LINUX RESTART
