prelink rpm を削除してもプレリンクを取り消せない
Issue
prelink を削除しても、ライブラリがプレリンクがない状態に戻りません。これにより問題が発生します。たとえば FIPS モードで起動すると、ライブラリの sha1 署名が一致しなくなります。
