コンテナーのロケールを変更すると Failed to create bus connection: No such file or directory エラーが発生する
Issue
コンテナーで rhel イメージを起動し、"localectl" コマンドでロケールの一覧を表示して変更しようとすると、以下のエラーが発生します。
# localectl status
Failed to create bus connection:No such file or directory
# localectl set-locale LANG=de_CH
Failed to create bus connection:No such file or directory
