169.254.0.0 / 255.255.0.0 ルートを設定せずにシステムが起動するよう、zeroconf ルートを無効にする

Issue

• システムが起動するたびに、zeroconf ルート (169.254.0.0) が有効になります。ファイアウォールを無効にして route コマンドを実行し、169.254.0.0 / 255.255.0.0 のルートを削除します。

• zeroconf ルートを使用する route の出力例は、以下のようになります。
