ipv6 を無効にしていると rpcbind.socket が起動できない
Issue
- rpcbind.socket サービスが起動しません。IP6 が無効になっているにも関わらず、IP6 ローカルホストでリッスンしようとしているようです。
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.3
- IPv6 が無効になっている
