scaling_governor を performance に設定しても、CPU が最大周波数で無効になる
Issue
scaling_governorをperformanceに設定して BIOS 設定を行っても、CPU が調整されます。- 以下のように
cpuinfoの出力結果は、各コアが、最大機能よりも少ない周波数で実行していることを示しています。
# grep -E '^model name|^cpu MHz' /proc/cpuinfo
model name :Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2643 v3 @ 3.40GHz
cpu MHz :3170.500
