RHEL 7.2 LE のインストール時に pearlp2 dracut がタイムアウトになり /dev/root が存在しない

Issue

  • mlx4_en ドライバーを使用した (#EC3A/#EC3B) PCIe3 2-Port 40 GbE NIC RoCE QSFP+ アダプターを持つ IBM Power LPAR が、ネットワークインストールでメニューエントリーを選択してインストールしている最中に dracut 状態になります。これは、アダプターで初期化キューのタイムアウトが原因で発生します。
