lvm コマンドでデバイスを復旧できない
Issue
セマフォが不足しているため一部の LVM コマンド (lvcreate、lvremove、dmsetup resume など) が失敗し、以下のエラーが発生します。
Limit for the maximum number of semaphores reached.You can check and set the limits in /proc/sys/kernel/sem.
そのため、このコマンドでは一時停止したデバイスを再開することができません。
