lanplus を有効にすると RHEL-OSP-Installer がフェンシングの ipmilan を適切に設定しない
Issue
OSP-installer を使用して 3 ノードの HA OSP6 設定をインストールすると、ペースメーカーのフェンシングが正しく設定されず、pcs の stonith デバイスが起動しません。
