RHEL-7: ローカルまたはリモートのダンプターゲットがシステムにマウントされていない場合、kdump サービスが起動に失敗する

Issue

• リモートダンプターゲット (NFS) がマウントされていない場合に、kdump サービスが失敗し、次のエラーメッセージが表示されました。

# kdumpctl start
