ログの smartd メッセージで、ファイルシステムが読み取り専用モードになり、システムがハングアップする
Issue
- システムが突然ハングアップしました。
- ファイルシステムが自動的に read-only モードになりました。
- メッセージには以下が含まれます。
Apr 27 12:29:22 HOSTNAME smartd[3369]:Device:/dev/sda, 1 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors
Apr 27 12:29:22 HOSTNAME smartd[3369]:Device:/dev/sda, 1 Offline uncorrectable sectors
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- LVM 論理ボリュームの ext3 ファイルシステム
