redhat-upgrade-tool がネットワークインターフェイスの再設定に失敗し、アップグレードが行われない

Issue

• SSH 接続を介して redhat-upgrade-tool を実行すると、ネットワークインターフェイスをシャットダウンした後にコマンドがハングし、システムは ping を実行できなくなります。

  # redhat-upgrade-tool --device /mnt/rhel76

• システムコンソールから redhat-upgrade-tool を実行すると、次のようにコマンドが失敗します。
