Yum インストール <package> がエラー「could not load PEM client certificate, OpenSSL error error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory」を表示し、Red Hat Satellite 6 に接続されたホストで失敗する

Issue

1.Yum インストールが "Curl error (58): Problem with the local SSL certificate" というエラーを返します。
2.リポジトリーからパッケージをインストールできません。
