RHEL-OSP-Installer does not setup fencing ipmilan properly when "lanplus" is enabled
Issue
When using OSP-installer to install 3 nodes HA OSP6 setup, the fencing in pacemaker is not correctly set, causing stonith devices in pcs can not start.
