    <Statement xml:lang="en:us">
This vulnerability is rated as having a Moderate impact because exploiting it requires an authenticated database user with active network access, limiting the attack surface to trusted or internal accounts. Although a successful exploit can trigger a hang or crash of the database daemon, it only results in a denial of service and does not compromise system integrity or disclose confidential data. In standard Red Hat Enterprise Linux deployments, database access is generally restricted to local clients or trusted internal networks, which limits exposure to untrusted parties.
