Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines Client tkn 0.13.1 with support for multiple architectures

Description

Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines Client, tkn 0.13.1, provides a CLI to interact with the Pipelines and Triggers components provided by Red Hat OpenShift Pipelines 1.2
The tkn CLI is delivered as an RPM package for installation on RHEL platforms,
and as binaries for non-Linux platforms.
