Updated vdsm packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available.

Description

VDSM is a management module that serves as a Red Hat Virtualization Manager agent on Red Hat Virtualization Host or Red Hat Enterprise Linux hosts.

Changes to the vdsm component:

• Previously, virtual machine snapshots that could not be restored could be created under certain circumstances, depending on software versions in the underlying stack. This has now been fixed so that the snapshots are created and restored in a compatible way. (BZ#1466332)
• Previously, the method used to test the completion of a live merge operation was incorrect; it checked the live merge progress value available from the libvirt API, which does not provide the status of a live merge operation. As a result, the live merge was detected as completed before the operation was actually completed. Trying to finalize the merge operation failed repeatedly until the operation was actually completed, logging multiple errors during the process.

Now, live merge completion is detected using the libvirt XML, so the operation should complete successfully without logging errors. (BZ#1461101)
