Updated documentation and context-sensitive help (rhevm-doc) for RHV 4.0.6

Description

This package contains the Red Hat Virtualization product documentation in both HTML and PDF formats. Once installed, the documentation is available from the Red Hat Virtualization Manager landing page and from within the application as context-sensitive help.

Users of the Red Hat Virtualization Manager are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which provides updated documentation.
