An updated rhnpush package that fixes two bugs is now available for Red Hat
Network Tools.

Description

Red Hat Network Tools provide programs and libraries that allow your system to
use provisioning, monitoring, and configuration management capabilities provided
by Red Hat Network and Red Hat Network Satellite.

This update fixes the following bugs:

• Prior to this update, an attempt to upload an RPM package to a Red Hat Network

Satellite server by using the rhnpush command could fail with a traceback. This
update applies a patch that corrects this error, and rhnpush now works as
expected. (BZ#824777)

• The previous version of the rhnpush(8) manual page did not provide

documentation on the "--no-cache", "--no-session-caching", and "-N" command line
options. With this update, these options are now documented as expected.

All users of Red Hat Network Tools are advised to upgrade to this updated
package, which fixes these bugs.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
