An updated aspell package that fixes one bug is now available for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 5.

Description

Aspell is a spelling checker that features compile-time and run-time support for
English as well as non-English languages and can spell check TeX, LaTeX, and
HTML files.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Prior to this update, Aspell terminated unexpectedly with a segmentation fault
  if an empty file was checked for spelling. This bug was corrected in this update
  so that Aspell now works as expected. (BZ#432347)
  

All users of Aspell are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which fixes
this bug.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously-released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
