Identify and remediate systems affected by this advisory.
Topic
An updated dmraid package that fixes various bugs concerning the grouping of
Promise and Intel ATARAID sets is now available.
Description
The dmraid package contains the ATARAID activation tool that supports RAID
device discovery, RAID set activation, and displays properties for ATARAID
on Linux kernels using device-mapper.
This updated package fixes the RAID set grouping logic; certain Promise and
Intel Software RAID sets are now grouped correctly. This update also fixes
the grouping logic of Highpoint 37x mirrored RAID sets. Support for VIA
RAID is also included as an enhancement with this version.
All users of dmraid should upgrade to this updated package, which resolves
these issues.
