Tivoli* Enterprise Management Server (TEMS) TEMS retrieves data from the monitoring agents and delivers data to the Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server (TEPS). It sends alerts to the TEPS when conditions specified in situations are met. It can receive commands from the TEPS and pass them to the appropriate monitoring agents. It can provide a repository for short-term historical data. This component can be installed on z/OS*, Windows*, UNIX* and Linux*.
