Uses robotic monitoring techniques—for impact analysis. Robotic capabilities generate synthetic transactions for web-based and Microsoft Windows applications to track their response times. This helps provide service availability for business-critical applications. Tests Internet services that impact user experience—by providing a suite of monitors that measure services availability, performance and content through periodic polling from specific points within the infrastructure.
