SupportMatrix™ lets technical support call center staff experience an interactive simulation of the customer computer. No installation on the customer machine or remote connection required. The simulation reflects the customer operating system, language preference and application, device driver and network connection. Operators can experience a simulation of an the application, driver control panel or connectivity wizard or even install those on a fresh system. All interaction is done using a web browser, and no special software is required on either the operators workstation or customers computer The interface of the software can be viewed as well as modified. A simple browser refresh reverts all changes immediately at any time. SupportMatrix™ can be easily taught about new software using a simple web based administration interface. The system administrator describes the new addition to the system by filling a simple form and proceeds to install the software as he or she would do on a real physical PC, all from the comfort of their web browser. Viewing the active operator sessions and controlling them, is done using the same easy web interface. SupportMatrix™ is a mature enterprise platform, supporting a sophisticated users and groups based permissions system for fine access level control, audit logging capabilities and a multilingual interface in both the operator and administrative views.
