CapSettle CapSettle is an interconnect and content settlements application, used to handle Telecom wholesale settlements. Terms of settlements are supported by interconnect agreement handling as a part of the partner relations management module in CapSettle. A business partner agreement can hold unlimited amount of contracts and contract templates. The contract itself can be uni-lateral, bi-lateral, multiple or a combination of all. The contract can be in any currency or different currencies for different services and players, usage or non-usage based, containing taxes, event/volume discounts, etc.
