The ARGOS Agent IVR is an intelligent virtual assistant that processes employee and customer financial transactions within a call center environment mobile applications and on the Web. Modules are available to support engagement with people through telephone, mobile devices speech recognition, SMS, video, web and email.

The system models a series of predefined conversation topics and interacts with multiple back-end databases to formulate appropriate responses. Database modules are available for most enterprise databases.

Versions of the agent technology have been in production use at Financial Services institutions around the world for over 30 years and processes thousands of transactions a week for public and private sector organizations. Valuations of these transactions range from a few hundred to billiions of US dollars.
