MMS-EASE is a C language interface library for developing Intercontrol Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) per IEC 60870-6 TASE.2 applications based on the Manufacturing Message Specification (MMS) per ISO 9506.
MMS-EASE is a high-level application programming interface (API) for C language applications to implement ICCP-TASE.2. MMS-EASE simplifies development of MMS compatible applications by providing easy to use automatic requester and responder functions that perform much of the processing required by applications. A MMS-EASE development license includes object libraries, include files, network communications stack supporting TCP/IP and OSI, documentation, support, maintenance, and the source code to a sample program.

An optional security toolkit that provides for transport layer security and strong application authentication using digital certificates per IEC 62351 is also available.
