The Certifiable Linux Integration Platform is a set of packages and a configuration of RHEL supporting high-security requirements. It provides a strong base platform in which to build and deploy systems. By addressing security at the platform level CLIP allows developers and integrators to focus on application development and integration tasks. In support of integration, CLIP can generate installable media and live media with a single command.

CLIP leverages Security Enhanced Linux and includes a tightened security policy support high-security needs. It also includes industry-standard audit and remediation content from the SCAP Security Guide and Aqueduct projects.
