5.3.3. 分割卷冊群組
若要建立新的卷冊群組
yourvg，請使用 vgsplit 指令來分割卷冊群組 myvg。
在您能夠分割卷冊群組之前，邏輯卷冊必須被停用。若檔案系統已被掛載，您必須在停用邏輯卷冊前先將檔案系統卸載。
您可透過使用
lvchange 指令或是 vgchange 指令來停用邏輯卷冊。下列指令可停用邏輯卷冊 mylv 然後由 myvg 卷冊群組分割 yourvg 卷冊群組，然後將實體卷冊 /dev/sdc1 移至新的卷冊群組 yourvg 中。
#lvchange -a n /dev/myvg/mylv#vgsplit myvg yourvg /dev/sdc1Volume group "yourvg" successfully split from "myvg"
您可使用
vgs 指令來查看這兩個卷冊群組的屬性。
# vgs
VG #PV #LV #SN Attr VSize VFree
myvg 2 1 0 wz--n- 34.30G 10.80G
yourvg 1 0 0 wz--n- 17.15G 17.15G
