自 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.7 起就有了 Red Hat Insights 服務。Red Hat Insights 是主動式服務，用來讓使用者在建置之前，辨識、檢驗、解決已知的技術性問題。Red Hat Insights 善用了 Red Hat 技術支援工程師、作者、以及已解決的問題，來發送相關、可行的資訊給系統管理員。
