第 1 章 使用管理门户
1.1. 网络浏览器和客户端的要求
用户可以使用以下列出的网络浏览器来访问管理门户和用户门户。支持的浏览器被分为不同级别：
- 级别 1（Tier 1）：全面测试并支持这一级别的浏览器和操作系统组合。Red Hat 工程部会解决使用这一级别浏览器出现的问题。
- 级别 2（Tier 2）：部分测试这一级别的浏览器和操作系统组合，应该可以正常工作。Red Hat 工程部会尽量解决使用这一级别浏览器访问所出现的问题。
- 级别 3（Tier 3）：未测试这一级别的浏览器和操作系统组合，但有可能会正常工作。Red Hat 工程部只会尽量解决使用这一级别浏览器访问所出现的一些小问题。
只能通过 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 系统或 Windows 系统中支持的 Remote Viewer（virt-viewer）客户端访问虚拟机控制台。可使用其他操作系统（如 OS X）访问 SPICE 控制台，并只能通过不支持的 SPICE HTML5 浏览器客户端进行访问。
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 和 Windows 7 系统中都包括了支持的 QXL 驱动程序。
