使用方法：

openstack coe cluster resize [-h] [--nodes-to-remove <Server UUID>]
                                    [--nodegroup <nodegroup>]
                                    <cluster> node_count

node_count

cluser 所需的节点数。

要移除的节点的服务器 ID。重复以添加更多服务器 ID

--nodegroup <nodegroup>

当前集群的节点组的名称或 uuid。
