1.10. 向红帽技术支持提供 sos 报告的方法

您可以使用以下方法将 sos 报告上传到红帽技术支持。

使用 sos report 命令上传

您可以使用 --upload 选项，在生成后将 sos 报告立即转移到红帽。

  • 如果您在提示时提供了一个问题单号，或使用 --case-id 或 --ticket-number 选项，sos 实用程序会在使用红帽客户门户网站帐户验证后将 sos 报告上传到相应的问题单中。

  • 如果没有提供问题单号或您没有验证，工具会将 sos 报告上传到红帽公共 SFTP 站点。为红帽技术支持工程师提供 sos 报告归档的名称，以便可以访问它。 

    [user@server1 ~]$ sudo sos report --upload
