9.1. 关于 Valve
Valve 是一个 Java 类，它在 Servlet 过滤器之前插入到应用程序的请求处理管道里。Valve 可以在将请求传递或执行其他处理（如验证或取消请求）之前修改请求。
Valve 可以在服务器或应用程序级别进行配置。唯一的区别是如何配置和打包。
