4.2.4. firstboot 구현에서의 변경 사항
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7에서 firstboot는 새로운 설치 프로그램과의 보다 나은 상호 운용성을 위해 초기 설정 유틸리티인 initial-setup으로 대체되었습니다. 기본적인 firstboot 기능은 설치 프로그램 및 initial-setup으로 이전되었습니다.
Firstboot는 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7의 일부로 남아 있기 때문에 Firstboot 용으로 작성된 제삼자 모듈은 계속 작동합니다. 하지만 Firstboot는 차후 폐지될 예정이므로 Red Hat은 모듈을 설치 프로그램 또는 초기 설정 도구에 부가 기능으로 다시 작성할 것을 권장합니다.
