3.2. Red Hat 업그레이드 도구
새로운 Red Hat Upgrade Tool은 Preupgrade Assistant 이후에 사용되는 도구로 업그레이드 프로세스의 다음과 같은 세 단계를 처리합니다:
- Red Hat Upgrade Tool은 디스크나 서버에서 패키지 및 업그레이드 이미지를 가지고 와서 업그레이드를 위해 시스템을 준비하고 시스템을 재부팅합니다.
- 재부팅된 시스템은 업그레이드 패키지를 사용할 수 있는지를 감지하고 systemd 및 yum 을 사용하여 시스템에서 패키지를 업그레이드합니다.
- Red Hat Upgrade Tool은 업그레이드 후 시스템을 삭제하고 업그레이드된 운영 체제로 시스템을 다시 시작합니다.
