자동 인플레이스 업그레이드가 현재 지원되지만 이러한 지원은 현재 AMD64 및 Intel 64 시스템에 한정됩니다. IBM Power Systems 서버에 이전 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 릴리즈의 설치가 있을 경우 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7으로 이전하기 위해 새로 설치 (Clean Install)를 수행해야 합니다. 새로 설치는 시스템의 모든 데이터 백업, 디스크 파티션 포맷, 설치 미디어에서 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 설치, 사용자 데이터 복원의 순서로 실행하는 방법입니다.
