3.5.8. must-gather를 사용하여 데이터 수집

MTC(Migration Toolkit for Containers)의 Red Hat Customer Portal에서 고객 지원 사례를 여는 경우 must-gather 툴을 실행해야 합니다.

MTC의 openshift-migration-must-gather-rhel8 이미지는 기본 must-gather 이미지로 수집되지 않은 마이그레이션별 로그 및 데이터를 수집합니다.

프로세스

  1. must-gather 데이터를 저장하려는 디렉터리로 이동합니다.

  2. must-gather 명령을 실행합니다. 

    $ oc adm must-gather --image=registry.redhat.io/rhmtc/openshift-migration-must-gather-rhel8:v1.4
  3. 인증 키 및 기타 민감한 정보를 제거합니다.

  4. must-gather 데이터 디렉터리의 콘텐츠가 포함된 아카이브 파일을 생성합니다. 

    $ tar cvaf must-gather.tar.gz must-gather.local.<uid>/
  5. 압축 파일을 고객 지원 사례에 첨부 파일로 업로드합니다.
